Large projects might feel daunting at times, resulting in welcome breaks and decreased productivity. Projects may be made more manageable by breaking them down into smaller activities that take less time. Smaller jobs are often easier to do, so you're more likely to stay on schedule to complete the larger goal.
COLLABORATE WITH EFFECTIVE COWORKERS.
It may sound apparent, but if you surround yourself with the most prolific individuals at work, you will almost certainly be more productive as well. Sitting next to or working with someone who works hard will motivate you to do the same and lessen the likelihood of getting interrupted needlessly.
