The museum's exhibition scenario generally represents many elements of human civilization and culture in general, while shining a spotlight on ancient Egyptian civilisation in particular. This is accomplished by the careful selection of historical artefacts from museum storage rooms.

The magnificent collection include :

An Osirid (mummiform) statue of Queen Hatshepsut stood in front of the pillars of her funeral temple's top colonnade. The bottom of Lower Egypt's Red Crown may be seen. She wore a ceremonial beard in accordance with pharaoh iconography, yet her large eyes with extended cosmetic lines, softly curling brows, and big cheeks exhibit unmistakable feminine traits. Hatshepsut, 18th Dynasty, New Kingdom (c. 1498-1483 BC)

Also. The sculptor beautifully represents the complex features of the couple's magnificent attire and ornate wigs in this well maintained statue. Naya places her right hand on her husband's shoulder with tenderness. The pair is depicted in relief on the reverse, sitting at an offering table, facing the woman "Tinr." 18th Dynasty, New Kingdom (c.1550–1295 BC)

The exquisite inner and outer coffins of Isetemheb, the wife of AmunPanedjem II's high priest, who was herself a priestess of Isis, Min, and Horus at Akhmim, are shown in the Hall of Civilization. In addition to artefacts displaying Sinai's cultural legacy, Isetemheb's canopicjars, papyrus collection, cosmetics, and perfume containers, and tanagrafigurines representing ladies in a variety of clothing.

The museum's Grand Hall shows a history of humanity and wildlife in ancient Egypt, highlighting the ancient Egyptian civilization's obsession with science, mathematics, industry, crafts, family life, and regard for animals.
